I was using "Indosat IM2 Broom Unlimited Extra", approximately about six months ago, at first i was just using on my home and i feel disappointed about the result because I was using GSM Modem that already support HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Access packet) 3.6Mb/s, so logically, I ought to get 3.6Mb/s whenever i connect to the Internet, but I just only get 280 Kb/s.
-So the download speed approximately with speed 280 Kb/s just only 8KB/s, and this was right, as addition my connection was detected as "EDGE INDOSAT", back then I presumed this was caused my home was located on the suburb.
But I have the different story when I try to connect in Jakarta, wow my status as HSDPA was detected, and the speed that I got was "3.6Mb/s", and the download speed around 20KB/s - 30KB/s.
The POINT that I want to share was, I take my gsm modem with same configuration to Bandung, my home, I'am surprised, Why ?, cause my download speed still around 20KB - 30KB, but when i redialed the connection, my status was reset to "EDGE INDOSAT" with maximum download speed just only 10KB/s.
Wow, Is this conspiracy ?, haa haa ha, kidding !. But the point, that was my experience, all of you got another experience?. just spit the words !!!!

Knowing The Program That accessed the Computer ports
To know the used ports by program, type this following command on the command prompt.
netstate -an -no | find/i "Listening"
The process ID was on the most right side,and if you would like to know what the program that have had that process ID, just Ctr + Alt + Delete to show the task manager
furthermore on task manager, select view --> select columns --> and choose PID (Process Identifier)
